With over 4 years working in social media at a digital marketing agency and experience of growing multiple online communities from 0 to 40,000+ followers on multiple platforms (Primarily Facebook and Discord), I am looking to join an exciting company and get straight down to implementing new and invigorating marketing campaigns.
I am passionate not only about results but also accessibility and inclusivity in marketing campaigns, striving to enable brands to connect effectively with all individuals who engage with them.

Facebook Power Admin
After growing my own Facebook gaming related group community from 0 to over 18,000 members within one year, Facebook Community invited me to join the Facebook Power Admins.
The Power Admin community is an invite-only group created by Facebook for active admins of diverse and engaging Facebook Groups to discuss among one another and to learn about upcoming features before they go live. Volunteered to help moderate the Discord server for Nexon's big hit mobile game KartRider Rush+ with over 10,000,000 downloads. Enforced server rules, monitored chat conversations, organised events, addressed violations, and ensured a positive and inclusive environment.

Social media marketing
Developed and implemented successful social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. One client wanted a green energy marketing campaign, after a year working with them, social impressions increased from 80,000 to 440,000 and the company I worked for was shortlisted for the Business Green Leaders “Communications Agency of the Year” 2021.
Community management
Learning how to actively engaged with community members, initiate discussions, responded to comments or messages, and encourage participation has been a core reason for myself being able to grow a collective 120,000+ following on Pages and 40,000+ members in groups, all from the ground up.
Content creation + tools
Designed visually appealing content on Canva, Photoshop and Figma to enhance the impact of social media posts and capture audience attention. Also used Zoho Social and Hootsuite to schedule and report on social media posts and analytics.

New social plan for UK Research Integrity Office
I worked on developing the new social plan for UKRIO to increase impressions. Last year they achieved over 570,000 and half a year into 2023 they are currently on 470,000, on track to beat last years stats by 95%.
Part of the social plan included a campaign for a New Year Research Integrity Challenge which increased engagement by over 100% compared to the previous month and an upcoming Midsummers Research Integrity Challenge.
Two Facebook pages from 0 to 90,000+ followers
While in college I took an interest in developing fan pages for some of Nintendo's latest mobile games. These games lacked an official page to provide users with updates on Facebook so I saw an opportunity.
Starting from 0, I consistently posted daily and relevant news updates for users while also adjusting my sleeping pattern and hiring moderators to cover hours that meant users would get updates the moment they were announced. Both pages were grown to over a combined 90,000 following.

Destiny Child Global Discord server (17,000 members)
Destiny Child Global is a fan made Discord community for the mobile game, Destiny Child. Destiny Child lacked a strong global community as the company behind the game wasn’t planning to launch a Discord server.
I was a part of the team that launched the discord server and eventually took ownership and started developing the server to the size it’s at today. I’ve been able to host community events, game days and even livestreams to get everyone involved with each other.
Social campaign for award-winning BBC One show
I was introduced to The Sheriffs Are Coming social accounts while series 7 was still in recording and was asked to develop a social media plan to drive up excitement on their Facebook page before the new series launched and a plan to promote the show while new episodes were airing.
During series 7 the community saw a 24% increase to followers and 38% increase to impressions. I was asked to do the same for series 8, followers increased by 22% and 30% to impressions.
Hundreds of subscriptions for Unlocked
I was contacted by owners Bryce Papenbrook and David Vincent as they had just launched Unlocked, the anime & pop culture streaming network and were looking to spread awareness to a larger audience via my Facebook communtiies.
The collaboration was spread across three posts which saw Unlocked receive hundreds of new sign ups. (The app back then only had a paid user function)
